Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey completed March 15, 2024 found that Aveanna Healthcare had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed December 19, 2023 and a state re-licensure follow-up survey completed on February 14, 2024.
